A semi was going too fast as it took the eastbound off-ramp from the Morrison Bridge in Portland to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and the truck rolled onto its side.
The truck was carrying a freight container and damaged the railing on the side of the off-ramp.
The off-ramp was closed until tow trucks were able to pull the truck onto its wheels.
There were no reports of injuries from the crash.
